REFUND POLICY

Due to the handmade nature of each gift box and many of the products available, we do not offer returns or refunds. We strive to find products that appeal to a wide array of interests, but we do realize that our recipients each have their own unique taste and style. If for some reason you or the recipient are unsatisfied with your purchase, please let us know at hello@lincolnavenuegiftco.com and we will do our very best to resolve the issue. Any breakage/damage in transit or incorrect item that may have occurred must be reported within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for replacement.  If an order is incorrect due to the customer providing incorrect information, the customer will be responsible for paying for the new item. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@lincolnavenuegiftco.com.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
