You can always connect with us through your online portal. When you placed your order, you should've received details for how to log in. If you didn't receive your login information, send an email to hello@lincolnavenuegiftco.com and we will look into it for you!
With our process, you pay for your stole first and then you will be sent a mockup of your design when it is ready.
Processing time is 1-3 weeks. This does NOT include the shipping time that it takes to get there. Stoles are shipped out on Fridays each week. When your stole is ready for shipping, you will receive your tracking information by email.
You are allowed 1 courtesy revision based on what you selected for your stole. For instance, if you want to switch a photo for another or you want to swap the placement of some of the elements that you selected then that's okay.
